Walk only or choose a combination of walking and aerobics that’s right for you. Our music gives you a non-stop, energizing beat that keeps you moving at the proper pace. Our optional “fat burning” intervals include easy to follow low impact aerobic moves with lots of intensity options. Join the intervals or continue to walk, your choice! Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.


Tone & Stretch

Strengthen your arms, legs, and core using weights, bands and balls. Improve your balance and flexibility with standing and floor stretches. All activities can be performed either seated in a chair or standing, using a chair for balance and support. Bring a water bottle and towel.


R. I. P. P. E. D.

R.I.P.P.E.D. is a high energy workout that combines an easy but effective cardiovascular routine with weights and resistance. Workout at your own fitness level.
